Who needs a paid plan?
Only organisers: people who make booking links, team links, workflows or routing forms. Everyone you invite to a team to find a time stays free, on any plan.
What's a seat?
On Team and Organisation, you choose how many seats to buy and who gets them. A seat gives that person the plan's features everywhere. Add or remove seats at any time; changes are prorated.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days on Pro and Team. You add a card to start, and you aren't charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars with Stripe, or Indian rupees with Razorpay (UPI and cards). Rupee prices exclude 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.
What happens if I cancel or go over a limit?
Nothing is ever deleted. After a plan ends, everything you made keeps working, but you can't add more than the Free plan allows until you upgrade again, and booking pages show Nalkatti branding.
How is my calendar data protected?
Nalkatti reads only when you're busy and never stores event titles or details. Read more on the trust page. Trust and security
