These terms apply when you use Nalkatti. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (at least 13).
- You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
Using the service
- Only invite people who expect to hear from you, and don't use the service to send spam.
- Don't break the law, harass anyone, or try to access accounts, teams or data that aren't yours.
- Don't try to disrupt the service, overload it, or get around its security or rate limits.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add — availability, team names, events and so on. You let us store and show it to the people you share it with, only as needed to run the service.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, Team and Organisation) are billed per person or per seat, monthly or yearly, at the prices on the pricing page.
- A free trial starts when you first buy a plan. You're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time under Settings → Billing; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.
- Adding seats or switching plans is charged in proportion to the time left in the period. US dollar plans are billed by Stripe; rupee plans by Razorpay, with 18% GST added. Other taxes may apply where you are.
- If a payment fails we'll retry it. If it keeps failing, the plan ends and the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends or you go over a limit, but you can't add more than your plan allows.
- We'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your plan.
Connected calendars
Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar is optional. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those accounts is also covered by Google's and Microsoft's own terms.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or that suggested times are correct. Check important meetings yourself. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
